Through our years of experience working with clients and creating highly personalized spaces, we have streamlined our design process and developed solid turn key services that are tailored to meet each client’s needs. We place great importance and commitment to building strong client relationships, and delivering a full Interior Design and E-Design service from concept through to completion.
Full Service Design allows our clients the luxury to sit back and enjoy the process of having a design professional execute their project from start to finish. This includes designing, sourcing, and purchasing of all materials and furnishings as well as construction administration and the final installation.
We start with our clients filling out our New Client Questionnaire. Right off the bat we are able to gather enough project information to decided if we are a good fit for each other. If we are a good fit, we will give you a call to further discuss your project and the next steps.
The project assessment is where we get to know you and your space. We will discuss all of your project parameters like cost, timeline, and budget as well as offer design & construction advice.
We will put together a customized design fee proposal outlining the project scope of work, a tentative timeline of completion, and design fees to complete your project.
Following your approval of the project proposal, we will provide you with a Letter of agreement. Once the agreement has been signed, we will get started on you project!

E-Design is a custom design package that is digitally created by our design team, but executed by our clients. BASED ON THE PACKAGE SELECTED,In 2-4 weeks, you will receive a digital presentation including a mood board, furniture board, space plan, and shopping list. This service is great for clients (locally or out of state) who want the “Vivid” look without the full service commitment.
We start with the client filling out our E-Design Questionnaire for each room to be designed. Along with the questionnaire, we ask that our clients send us all of their project visuals including: pictures, videos, measurements, floor plans, sketches of each room, and 10-15 inspiration photos of spaces that describe their style.
Over the next couple of weeks, the we will begin to develop a design concept based on the information gathered during Step 1. This concept aka mood board will give you a visual insight into the look, feel, and color palette of the design to be. This mood board will need to be reviewed and approved before moving on to the design development process.
During design development we will source furnishings, lighting, and textiles to be used in the design. We will combine those findings into a furniture board and space plan. We will then take all of the sourced materials and furnishings cost to create a shopping list with clickable links, so our client will know exactly where to shop for their items.
Once the presentation is complete, it is emailed for approval. Our client is allowed 1 free round of revisions to replace any item they wish to change. Following any revisions and the approval of the presentation, this service is complete.
